All staff were friendly, from doorman, concierge, front desk, housekeeping, even the driver for the shuttle tuktuk. They all made our stay so much more enjoyable and comfortable with their friendly smiles and greetings every morning. Location was great there's a 7 eleven and hospital nearby which unfortunately on the last day we had to visit due to a minor accident. But the hotel staff immediately jumped into action sending us to the hosp after disinfecting the wound. Gym facilities was one the best I've seen - fully equipped and clean. I will definitely come back to Frasers they really live up to our expectations. Thank you!

Went for a quick trip with Family. We took one bedroom suite. It was spotless clean. We loved the small kitchen, microwave oven and specially the washing machine. The living space was big enough that my child could walk around inside the room. Room size is bigger than any regular hotel room. Bed was comfy. They have free shuttle tuktuk to drop you at Bumrungrad hospital, Nana BTS station, Robinson supershop and Terminal 21 mall. 7/11 is located just opposite to the hotel and also it is a quick walk to soi 11 where restaurants, bars, small shops, money exchanges are located.

The hotel is in the quiet part of Soi 11 but you only have to walk 250m up the road and around the corner and you're right in the middle of the Soi 11 action with various restaurants, pubs and clubs at your fingertips. Good gym and pool. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. There is starting to get some wear and tear evident in the rooms but The Fraser Suites is still certainly a 5 star hotel for now and the cleaning staff really take their time and do a great job cleaning the rooms.

We had a wonderful stay with 2 young kids ages 2.5 and 3.5 years old. Staff provided a crib in the room for the 2.5 year old. Great spacious apartment, great pool and absolutely wonderful breakfast buffet! The made to order dosas every day were delicious. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Zero complaints. Would happily stay again.

Executive suite was spacious and the decor was fantastic. Location is close enough among all facilities but also away from main streets and noise. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of variety. Over the years we have stayed at Fraser and its has kept up and improved in terms of design and decor and servicve and wonderfull staff.
